Lottery Process

a. Upon signing the service agreement: The attorney provides a checklist; the client prepares the lottery materials according to the checklist.

b. Before the end of February: The client submits all documents to the attorney; the attorney reviews the documents.

c.  March: The attorney completes the entry of lottery information.

 

d. End of March: the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announces the results.

i.  Not selected: The process ends;

ii. Selected: Proceed to the following “2. Post-Selection Process"

Post-Selection Process

a. USCIS requires the client to submit the H-1B application between April 1st and June 30th.

 

b. After the results are announced, the attorney will contact the    employer to supplement materials, confirm job information, and prepare application documents such as LCA.

i. The preparation period is 2-3 weeks, starting from the receipt of all documents.

 

c.USCIS approval time is 2-3 months.
